JSC "Heating Grid of St. Petersburg" (earlier, until 29.07.2016 - JSC "Heating Grid of St. Petersburg") is one of the largest heat and power enterprises in the city. The company was established on February 1, 2010 on the basis of city networks and the structural unit "Heating Network" of JSC "TGC-1" (currently PJSC "TGC-1").
The organization operates by right of ownership about 700 km of trunk pipelines and about 1800 km of intra-quarter networks in eleven administrative districts of St. Petersburg and the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, ensuring the transfer of 50% of the heat consumed by the city. The shareholders of the Company are: PJSC TGC-1 (71.5734%), State Unitary Enterprise TEK SPb (23.8582%), the Committee for Property Relations of St. Petersburg (4.5684%).
In the period from 2010 to 2017. 22.4 billion rubles were invested in JSC "Heating Grid of St. Petersburg". With these funds, about 270 km of pipelines were reconstructed and laid. More than 10 billion rubles have been invested in the renovation of the heat network complex of the enterprise in excess of tariff sources. In 2018, the company's investment program is RUB 4.106 billion (excluding VAT). Within this amount, it is planned to reconstruct about 33.55 km of heating networks.
Today JSC "Heating Grid of St. Petersburg" is a specialized heating network organization of the Northern Capital, which provides heat and hot water supply to consumers - in the working zones of Avtovskaya, Vasileostrovskaya, Vyborgskaya, Pervomayskaya, Pravoberezhnaya, Severnaya, Centralny and Yuzhnaya CHPPs of PJSC "TGK-1" and CHPP JSC NPO CKTI.
Annually, about 20 million gigacalories of thermal energy are transmitted through the networks of St. Petersburg Heating Grid. More than 2.5 million citizens live in the sphere of public responsibility. The company provides heat supply to about 14,000 buildings for various purposes.
