Gazprom gazoraspredelenie

JSC Gazprom gazoraspredelenie (until April 18, 2016 - JSC Gazprom gazoraspredelenie) was established on October 1, 2004 with the aim of consolidating the assets of the Gazprom group in the gas distribution sector and manages the activities of gas distribution organizations (GDO) of the Russian Federation.

The founders of JSC Gazprom gazoraspredelenie are Gazprom Mezhregiongaz (99.83% of the authorized capital) and Gazprom Transgaz Saint Petersburg (0.17% of the authorized capital).

From 01.07.2014 the powers of the sole executive body of JSC Gazprom gazoraspredelenie were transferred to LLC Gazprom mezhregiongaz.

As of December 31, 2019, the gas distribution system of JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie includes a distribution network with a length of 760.3 thousand km.

The technological complex of the gas distribution system makes it possible to provide natural gas to the population (26.5 million apartments and private households), industry (31.1 thousand objects), the utility sector (324.8 thousand objects), agriculture (8.7 thousand . objects).

The total volume of transported gas in 2019 amounted to 220.8 billion cubic meters. m.
